modoboa 1.3.2

modoboa-admin 1.1.0
This version brings two new features:
- A command line tool to import domains and accounts from a CSV file (many thanks to Stéphane from Bearstech)
- Postfix map files to enable the Sender login map functionality

modoboa-admin-relaydomains 1.1.0
This version brings interesting new features:
- A relay domain is now considered as a regular domain so you can use the permission system with it
- The splitdomain mode is now supported. It means you can still have local mailboxes on a domain hosted somewhere else. Useful for migrations
